Recommended FRAM size and type

I would like to add FRAM to my board and I do not know what type or size I should select?
I would like to know the recommended memory size to use and also what type of memory(i2c, SPI...)?

Currently up to 2K is used, 2K - 32K is supported. Only I2C for now.
