* Switch to fine energy bins around Fe and Ni lines.
* ELUT9 for change to icomp = 2
* Updated nominal science channel ELUT for June 2023
* Updated ELUT for fin energy bins around Fe and Ni lines.
* Index file with ELUTs applied up to 2023-07-31.
