Capital letters not working properly

Using Jail v3.0.0 Beta (build 139) on
CraftBukkit version git-Spigot-899f5ee-1092acb (MC: 1.8) (Implementing API version 1.8-R0.1-SNAPSHOT)

1. Create a jail with a capital letter, e.g. "/jail create Jail"
2. Try /jail createcells Jail" results in: "No such jail found by the name of 'jail'" -> no capital letter
3. Using "/jail list", you see "Jail" with a capital letter
4. The only way to access the newly created Jail seems to edit the data file manually: While the plugin is unloaded, change ist from "Jail" to "jail". Afterwards, "jail" is usable.
