Feature: Customizable ClientID

In some cases one may need to customize clientID in order to identify plugin on MQTT server. 
Client ID could also be used to authenticate clients is some MQTT Brokers, for instance in Mosquito

For the moment, Client ID is always "graylog2_". It would be nice to have filed in graylog plugin configuration, where one can define custom Client ID prefix
