Claude Code Personal Plan does not display

Environment

• OS: macOS - Tahoe 26.3.1
• abtop version: 0.4.4
• Claude Code version: 2.1.143 (Claude Code)
• Terminal: iTerm2, Terminal, Hyper, kitty, tmux

Describe the bug
I have Claude Code Team plan and personal plan running on the same laptop. But the agents of personal plan do not show.

Steps to reproduce

1. Open abtop in a terminal
2. Open claude in your personal plan and begin chatting with claude.
3. Observe the terminal where you are running abtop. You won't see any activities shown there.

Expected behavior
I expect agents of the personal plan are monitored like others.

Actual behavior
Nothing happens when I interact with Claude Code in my personal plan.
