What would you like Teleport to do?
Allow users to utilize the teleport configure command to generate an application service configuration valid for dynamic application registration with resources: labels. Right now the command only supports a static application with the --app-name and --app-uri flags.

What problem does this solve?
This allows users who utilize cloud init scripts to fully configure dynamic application access services without leveraging a static file definition, which could drift between versions.

If a workaround exists, please include it.
