Teleport DB agent with access to domain controller should be able to auto-discovery SQLServer instances connected to AD

This can be implemented in a similar way to Windows Desktop Discovery /desktop/discovery.go where Teleport windows agent does an LDAP query in order to fetch available windows desktop instances.
