Inefficient CFW code examples

The CFW hosting guides contain code that calls getMe once per request. That's useless. It should only be called once per isolate creation, and optionally be skipped every time.

Is this still a thing? I don't see any getMe call in the guide.
As far as I understand, we pass the prepared bot info from the environment variable to the bot, which eliminates the corresponding Bot API call.

@KnorpelSenf I was wrong. This issue is still there. This issue relates to the Denoflare configuration. I think we can just specify another environment variable as we already do in the Node.js guide.
