After discovering how to build and test my forked loki's repo, I've come with the idea of improving documentation for people wanting to contribute with the project like me. Since I didn't find any README.md telling me this, I think it should be great to document how the external contributions work :).
Feel free to suggest anything I could add to make the docs complete (I know it's still short).
