Limits for log line length

We have a bunch of limits that can be overrides per tenants. However the size of a single log line is unlimited.

It would be nice to have the same kind of limits for the log line length.

Oh I like this as a per tenant override. I'm not sure if we've seen this complaint yet, but it seems very reasonable.
