Support contact points with multiple receivers

Newer versions of Grafana support a one-to-may mapping of contact points to receivers. However, the operator only supports one receiver per contact point.

Implementing this will probably break CRD compatibility, so we'll have to consider this carefully.

Hi @theSuess , I think I find a work around for this requirement, just declare multiple GrafanaContactPoint object with the same spec.name, like:

It's not very elegant, but works at the moment.
