The idea is to implement a feature that might be used to create multiple blocks inside alloy config from a template using foreach block as similarly being implemented here

To achieve creating dynamic configuration of alloy configuration

Use case

Would be usefully to create multiple such stages as

stage.match
stage.limit

and many more
