Set authentication explicitly for git operations

actions/checkout@v2 is now setting up git commands to use secrets.GITHUB_SECRET by default. The GITHUB_TOKEN passed to this action is not used for the git operations for some reason, which results in pull request not triggering other actions, see eg.
