Thanks for this! Basic functionality looks good so far. I still need to go over jstex...it will be at least a few days before I have a chance to do that. I also have a new project, Codebraid, that is sort of like PythonTeX for Markdown (https://github.com/gpoore/codebraid), so I'll work on adding JavaScript to that as well.
