Replace init file from https://github.com/michaeltchapman/confd-rpm/blob/master/SOURCES/confd.init, the current init file doesn't seem to work and crashes everytime it tries to start up during the ec2 instance boot up sequence.
After some tests it looks like this init file boots up confd without any issues, so lets go ahead and replace it with this
