Perl Script Not Working

Hi there, 

I cloned the repo and ran: sh run.sh test-without-cuda. The results file gets created and populated but the Perl script returns the following error: 

```
unexpected number of features: 1 (3)
```

Any idea why this is happening? Thank you.
