  • Add meta data support
  • Now use default versioned link files (-vlink remvoed and -link is versioned).
  • Change default query time. If query time not set, we current time when asked, not current time when filereader created.
  • Minor refactorings

As the PR contains quite a lot of changes it can be easier to reivew one commit at time.
