Wifi enabled after GoPro turns itself off

Is there a compatible BLE-compatible way to switch the camera from capture/idle state to a state where SoftAP is guaranteed to start without user interaction? I can't get the Wi-Fi to reconnect if the camera has turned off after a certain amount of time. Thanks in advance.
