Insert a missing newline tells the markdown parser to generate a header instead of just '####'. See website for reference.

This is the wrong place to make a change, index.md is fully generated from gopherjs README.md file.

We should apply the same change there so this doesn't go away at next go generate github.com/gopherjs/gopherjs.github.io.

Insert a missing newline, to have the markdown parser on gopherjs.org
website generate a header instead of just '####'.

Updates gopherjs/gopherjs.github.io#58.
