[Feature request] OCR for pure Dart application

What's your feature request? Please describe.
I would like to have dart language support in text recognizer

I am currently implementing tool to detect text in imagine in flutter unittest environment which is running on host machine (usually desktop).

This essentially needs to port the ml kit to desktop and seems like it is not something that will happen in near future
