Add documentation for GoogleMap inside scrolling column/Lazy Column

I haven't tried this myself, but here and on Discord this solution was recommended:

cameraPositionState: Column(
    .verticalScroll(rememberScrollState(), enabled = !cameraPositionState.isMoving)
)

Hi @barbeau, we tried to implement it and it's not completely working.
Now we can scroll vertically but only if we start moving the camera horizontally, then we can move the camera vertically (good).
However, if we try to start moving the camera vertically, then the cameraPositionState.isMoving is not changing, the scroll from the column looks like to take the event first. (bad)

Is there something that we are missing ?
Maybe can you provide a really simple example is order to see if we have the same implementation pls ?

I can confirm the above behavior for the enabled = !cameraPositionState.isMoving) code.
