Would it make senses to upate the README to have 'r' instead of 'R' in the Strategy (Language) types supported?

I tried running release-please on an R project repository, and copy-pasted from the README here, but it seems the proper way to specify the Language type is to use small letter r instead of capital R in the configuration.json.
