Release status for google-cloud-sql gem

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

We're building a new tool that needs to interface with the Google Cloud SQL API. Per https://github.com/googleapis/google-api-ruby-client?tab=readme-ov-file#which-client-should-i-use the more modern client seems like the preferred option. Per https://rubygems.org/gems/google-cloud-sql, the gem is due to be released soon.

Describe the solution you'd like

If we could get a timeline for the release, or early access to the code and/or documentation, that would be super helpful.

Describe alternatives you've considered

We can use https://github.com/googleapis/google-api-ruby-client in the interim if necessary.
