Replace connection make_request to raw_request().

@dhermes It applies to gcloud.storage.connection.Connection.make_request() sort of.

At the time I was abstracting a gcloud.connection.JsonConnection from gcloud.storage.connection.Connection to include that method for all or the cloud services that used a Json api.

@kleyow JsonConnection never entered the codebase (#78 didn't get merged).

We are currently planning on using https://github.com/craigcitro/apitools for all HTTP-related parts of storage so I'm closing this out, as that code will live outside of our codebase.

Let me know if you think I'm missing something / this should be re-opened.
