This PR adds complete Section I7 coverage to test_identity_pool.py:

✅ Simulated refresh failure test cases:

  • File not found
  • Invalid JSON structure
  • Missing subject_token_field_name

✅ Updates:

  • DummyCredentials updated to raise errors based on simulated config edge cases
  • All tests now fully mock behavior with no external calls

Test suite now covers I1–I7 with full 18/18 passing.
