Applet developers shouldn't need to clone the wasefire repo to use the host runner. In particular, it should be possible to start the host runner from the CLI #38.
We need some artifacts in the CLI (e.g. the host runner and the web client), what is the best approach? Embedding a tarball in the CLI?
