Document current module approach

I'd like to ask for documenting current approach to modules, script loading, etc. I'm not sure which proposal and syntax are you following, for now, this seems to be the most promising:

I already tried to read and understand traceur's current approach, with a little success. I think this deserves a wiki page with a bit of explanation. I don't want to start implementing this from scratch and then have it rejected by you.

Based on recent es-discuss, the more likely form for modules is:

Note that a system-integration part is also needed:

While I agree about the lack of documentation, the current implementation is only useful to the extent it would help implement the ES6 design. No one knows more about it than you.

If you provide a wiki page as a patch here I will install it.

At this point the module support in Traceur is very limited. If someone wants to take over this feel free to tell me. Working on this involves working with Dave, Sam and Andreas to work out the remaining issues.

Yeah, I started hacking on this to add minimal support and it dawned on me that import was a lot easier than I first expected. import should be done now (minus bugs).

There is still work to do to make external modules usable. One thing we could do is to add a compiler the compiles a js file with external module imports into a single js file. That way we don't need to have runtime support for it. This is covered by http://code.google.com/p/traceur-compiler/issues/detail?id=87

Another thing we could do is to make bootstrap work with external module loading too but it is a bit unclear since we cannot do sync loading.
