Update device profile on every PDF export

What is the problem your feature is trying to solve?
Further to the fix here in 2.1.1 for this, please could we get the same fix applied to the PDF export?

This has now been resolved in v2.2 in this PR: #1283

Just confirming that this issue is not fixed in 2.2, as shown in video below.

Browser refresh etc. do not resolve it.

Currently it only appears to regenerate once a .zip download is requested. After that, the direct .pdf download contains the updated information.

@jboddey are you okay to reopen this issue?
