Figma Plugin - Allow Setting a Default Icon Color

Currently, when adding or updating an icon through the Figma plugin, the icon is always created in the fixed color - `#1C1B1F`. This requires users to manually change the color each time, which gets bit annoying.

It would be beneficial to have an option to set a default icon color. This default color doesn't need to be project-specific, a global setting would suffice.
