windows build error

Hi,

the Ink Stroke Modeler can be built and the tests run from the GitHub repo root with:

cmake .
cmake --build .

absl_flags_commandlineflag.lib(commandlineflag.obj) has value MDd_DynamicDebug
antlr4-runtime-static.lib(XPathElement.obj) has value MTd_StaticDebug

The team here has been cut by half in the past year and we're very busy with Android Jetpack stuff. We're not building the clients of this on Windows currently, I don't think I'll have time to debug Windows build issues in the near future. Happy to take PRs though.
