The containerd harness reported EINTR from loopback setup before sandbox startup. Its log did not identify the failing operation; upstream documented interrupted netlink dumps in the 1.6 release series [1]. Update to CNI plugins 1.9.1, which includes upstream recovery for interrupted netlink dumps [2].
