Strange space at the top when FlexWrap is set NOWRAP

Issues and steps to reproduce

Use FlexboxLayoutManager, set FlewWrap to NOWRAP, flexShrink to 0 and add left padding to recycler view

Expected behavior

No space on top.

Looks like there is some more. The topPadding of RecyclerView does not any effect on data position
I think I fixed it
