Describe the current state

We introduced build with Zig with #431
We should extend CI testing to Win and Darwin to validate.

What needs to be done

  • create Github workflow to test building and running the list_cpu_features executable on Windows
  • create Github workflow to test building and running the list_cpu_features executable on MacOS
