rules_go and Gazelle under bzlmod automatically compute dependencies from go.mod and no longer require post-update steps (e.g., running 'gazelle update-repos')
Renovate can now manage Go dependencies directlly.

This will have the implication of removing support for nogo and static analysis. Filed #163 to track a replacement for it.
