ignore index.yaml

@petele I updated App Engine and it appears to be auto-generating a new file called index.yaml. Doesn't seem like we need to commit it.

What's changed, or what was fixed?

• add index.yaml to .gitignore

index.yaml files should never be generated, devsite uses _index.yaml - where are you seeing them?

In the root directory. I recently updated my Google App Engine. Maybe check if you're using the latest, update if not, and see if you can repro.
