Proxy defined in environment broken: "TypeError: HttpsProxyAgent is not a constructor" when using proxy options

What happened?

I upgraded to Gemini CLI 0.36.0 and immediately found it was failing with the below error:

TypeError: HttpsProxyAgent is not a constructor

What did you expect to happen?

Gemini CLI would be able to reach the Gemini API via the proxy server configured in my environment, as it did with 0.35.3 and previous versions.
