Replaces the 3-point face gradient calculation across internal boundary condition and pedestal locations in transport models with 2-point central differences using boolean face masks (`two_point_mask: array_typing.BoolVectorFace`). This prevents gradient bleeding across sharp boundary interfaces with non-uniform stretched. PiperOrigin-RevId: 967191027
