Problem

  • CONTRIBUTING.md links to the deprecated GitHub Help site (help.github.com/articles/about-pull-requests/).
  • README.md has a typo: the Warnings section header links display text reads "warnigns.py" instead of "warnings.py".

Change

  • Replace the deprecated GitHub Help link with the current GitHub Docs URL.
  • Fix the "warnigns.py" typo in the README.

Why this is safe

Documentation-only changes; no code or behavior affected.

Verification

Confirmed the GitHub Help link is deprecated and the new GitHub Docs URL resolves correctly. Verified the linked file is chex/_src/warnings.py.
