Define/specify smart contract for autonomous dApps.
The smart contract:
a) accepts funds from a dApp "sponsor",
b) is responsible for "channeling" payments to a set of recipients (eg. Provider hosts)
c) its payment configuration can be amended by external parties (like an app running on a golem node) via multi-sig feature - so that a group of empowered parties can redirect payment channels dynamically
