  1. docs: linters-settings 

    - removed `unused` settings (non-existing)
- fixed `promlinter` linter name (UnitAbbreviations)
- removed forgotten chunk from `errchkjson` linter
- small refactoring on `default` values
- commenting out `ireturn`'s `reject` values (only one value allowed)
- reordering
- added `varcheck`'s setting `exported-fields`
