Wrong broken import hint

Describe the bug

this is my project, and the whole thing is under gopath,like this "C:\Users\W\go\src\study"

the hello.go like this

and the go.mod like this

and the go.mod in greetings is the most simple form like

module example.com/greetings

go 1.19
--------end--------
the hello project run just fine , I got what I want like this (Hi, Gladys. Welcome!) when I use command 'go run .' in 'src\study\hello'

Looks like this is a classic multi-module workspace setup issue.
Can you try go.work as described in https://github.com/golang/tools/blob/master/gopls/doc/workspace.md#multiple-modules?
