If you want to try to compile this library yourself, but do not want to built the WebRTC Native Code reference library (10+ GiB) webrtc-23360-350e48a-linux-x64.tar.gz and webrtc-23360-350e48a-win-x64.7z contains the linux and windows version of it respectively.
