[3.x] Add ShapeCast and ShapeCast2D nodes #63659

Adds a high-level wrapper around direct space state shape cast calls.

Tested and works in both Bullet and GodotPhysics.

3.x backport of #63161 and #54803.

3.5's release is imminent. While this PR only adds new code and doesn't remove any, I'm not sure if Akien is willing to take the risk of a regression.
