Issue description
When changing scenes with a shader transition the game screen will flash white for a brief second when the new scene loads. This is happening on Windows and MacOS. This does not happen in 4.2 RC1 but became an issue in RC2 and is still present in stable. Does this on all modes, Forward+, Compatibility, Mobile
Steps to reproduce
Create a scene that has a shader transition that when the scene changes it does a "fade out" and "fade in"
