Color picker makes screen black

Issue description

Trying to pick a color with the ColorPicker makes screen black.

There is a couple of closed issues on this topic.
Not sure if this is a new/related thing or same issue and not fixed for Linux.

XWayland can make real screenshots or get color from the screen due to Wayland limitations, so it's only picking from a copy of the Godot window textures and have no idea what's outside these textures.

This should be solved by #101546, not sure if anything else can be done.
