blueprints: add section support for organisation

Details

Make writing long blueprints a bit more comfortable

Instead of writing

entries:
  - foo
  - bar
  - baz
  - [repeat 5000 times]

this allows for

entries:
  part1:
    - foo
    - bar
    - baz
  part2:
    - foo
    - bar

Which makes collapsing sections of the blueprint in the editor much easier.

The section names have no semantic effect on anything and are basically discarded when a blueprint is executed
