Completion for global taskfile

For now completion not working with --global flag.

Moreover flag --global not present in completion list

Hit this issue as well. Basically, my use case is the following:

1. I have global Taskfile with miscellaneous scripts to automate common workflows
2. I push that Taskfile.yaml to $HOME
3. I have an alias such as gtask="task --global"

Now, from anywhere on my terminal, I would like to do gtask docker-cleanup for example. However, the tasks do not autocomplete; I have to gtask --list first to see the list of existing tasks.

@pd93 I see you removed the bug label from this. Does it means this use case is not planned to be supported?

@dnlopes The bug label is just because we're moving from labels to issue types across all our issues. For whatever reason, GitHub in their infinite wisdom does not log changes to the issue type in the issue feed.

No change to the status here. Completions should definitely work with global tasks - just not something I've had tome to investigate yet.

I have this issue as well.

Using zsh (ohmyzsh)
Loaded eval "$(task --completion zsh)"

task will give the autocomplete options for the Taskfile.yml in the current directory

task -g gives: (it also fixes the first "-")

--color               -c  -- colored output
--concurrency         -C  -- limit number of concurrent tasks
--dir                 -d  -- dir to run in
--dry                     -- dry-run mode, compile and print tasks only
--force               -f  -- run even if task is up-to-date
--output              -o  -- set output style
--output-group-begin      -- message template before grouped output
--output-group-end        -- message template after grouped output
--parallel            -p  -- run command-line tasks in parallel
--silent              -s  -- disable echoing
--status                  -- exit non-zero if supplied tasks not up-to-date
--summary                 -- show summary: field from tasks instead of running them
--taskfile            -t  -- specify a different taskfile
--verbose             -v  -- verbose mode
--watch               -w  -- watch-mode for given tasks, re-run when inputs change```

The same applies if the current directory doesn't have a Taskfile. 

The autocomplete works for the "global" Taskfile, when the CWD is $HOME.
