taks --list-all descriptions

It's good to have certain tasks hidden by default, and only show up when doing a task --list-all.

Would like to see a way to show these hidden tasks also with a description. optionally it could be a task with desc and an additional variable to only list on list-all

For those who found this issue while looking for a way to define hidden, private or internal tasks, you can use internal: true.

@hans-d you can probably achieve this with the solution presented in #2348, in this case use --list-all with whatever formatting filters you like. Some internals changes might be needed to present internal tasks, but that is not difficult.
