V10.23.0

Issue, Question or Enhancement:

The latest version requires gabriel-vasile/mimetype v1.4.3 which has a CVE vulnerability https://cve.mitre.org/cgi-bin/cvename.cgi?name=CVE-2024-45338.
 It has been fixed in v1.4.8. Could you please update the package version?
