Backport go-gitea#19119 If the mailer is configured then even if Manual confirm is set an activation email is still being sent because `handleUserCreated` is not checking for this case. This is not an absolutely complete backport as the original PR involved the creation of a new translatable string. This PR drops to use the disable_register_mail string instead which means that the message is slightly cryptic but at least will be localisable. |
